CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
By entering these premises, you agree to the following conditions of entry. The terms “CANBERRA INTERNATIONAL GOLF CENTRE,” “we,” “us,” or “our” includes Mulpha Australia Limited (the owner and operator), its related entities, employees, agents, and contractors.
No alcohol, glassware, food (including commercially prepared food), beverages, eskies or coolers
are permitted.
Pets are not permitted but service dogs are allowed to accompany a guest with a disability.
CANBERRA INTERNATIONAL GOLF CENTRE reserves the right to refuse you entry or remove you from the centre for vandalism, stealing offensive behaviour failure to properly supervise persons under your care, failure to follow safety instructions or failure to comply with these conditions of entry.
Any photographs, videos or sound recordings taken by you must be for personal use only. Any commercial use is prohibited and may result in loss or damage to CANBERRA INTERNATIONAL GOLF CENTRE.
Your image may be taken at any time for security purposes or for use in marketing materials. You authorise the use of your image for these purposes.
This venue is a non-smoking venue. This includes smoking, vaping and use of e-cigarettes.
By your participation you accept the inherent risks of possible injury or harm associated with the activity.
You agree to abide by the following safety rules in addition to all verbal and posted instructions.
Adults/carers are responsible for persons under their supervision.
You must act with good judgement and consideration, both for yourself and others, and refrain from behaviour which could affect your safety or the safety of others.
Always wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
You must obey all written and verbal instructions and warnings issued by CANBERRA INTERNATIONAL
GOLF CENTRE.
You must use, as instructed any safety equipment and safety rules when participating in activities in
the venue.
You are responsible for your own personal property.
CANBERRA INTERNATIONAL GOLF CENTRE takes all reasonable steps to provide you with a safe and enjoyable venue. However, to the extent permitted by law and subject to any liability resulting from the application of the guarantees implied under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot excluded. CANBERRA INTERNATIONAL GOLF CENTRE will not be liable for any personal injury or loss where negligence cannot be attributed to us.

At Canberra International Golf Centre (CIGC), we are dedicated to maintaining a clean, welcoming, and inclusive environment in order to prioritise the health and safety of our Guest and Team.
SAFETY RULES
To guarantee a fun and secure experience for everyone, it is crucial to adhere to our safety rules. We are fully commited to providing a positive experience for all our guest, and any acts of racism, violence, or discrimination are strictly prohibited.
AVOID JUMPING OR PUSHING OTHERS INTO THE SAFETY NETS
Engaging in jumping or pushing others into the safety nets is extremely dangerous and strictly forbidden.
RULES ON THE BAYS
- Only the person hitting a ball should position themselves beyond the red line. All other players must always stand behind the red line. Players are responsible for ensuring the safety of others around them and should always check their surroundings before swinging a club.
- All players must only hit from the mat and no running starts or horseplay is allowed.
- Only the person hitting a ball may stand beyond the red line. All waiting players must stand behind the red line at all times.
- All persons must stay behind the yellow line at all times (please take extra care when playing from the upstairs bays).
- Players are responsible for the safety of others around them and should always check their surroundings before swinging a club.
- Aim within the net at all times.
- Players aged under 16 MUST be supervised by an adult when playing.
- Throwing golf balls is prohibited.
- Only dispense one golf ball at a time.
MAINTAIN A SAFE DISTANCE FROM THE EDGE
For your safety, please refrain from standing too close to the edge of the bays.
STAY WITHIN THE DESIGNATED AREA
Remember that golf balls can cause serious injury, so it is important to always stay within the bay.
NO RUNNING STARTS
Performing a running start before your shot is dangerous. All players must hit from the mat at all times. Running starts are strictly prohibited.
We appreciate your courtesy and respect towards all guests and team while enjoying your time at CIGC. Please obey all verbal and posted rules and instructions and use common sense to protect yourself and others. CIGC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
IMPORTANT: We have zero tolerance policy for any violations of our safety rules. A breach of these rules may result in termination of play at our sole discretion.
GOLF BAY SAFETY RULES
Please read and follow these Safety Rules at all times
- All players must only hit from the mat on each bay.
- No running starts or horseplay is allowed.
- Only the person hitting a ball may stand beyond the Red line.
- All waiting players must always stand behind the Red line.
- All persons must stay behind the Yellow line at all times.
- Be mindful of structural posts, bay dividers, tees, and screens within the bay.
- Please follow all instructions.

cancelLation and refund policy
Cancellations and rescheduling of bookings must be made via phone on 02 6232 7788 at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in the loss of any booking fees paid unless previously agreed with CIGC.
CIGC Management reserves the right to revoke any booking or refuse entry.
